The process
Application review – we will review your application carefully and if your CV matches more than 60% the job profile, we will get in contact with you to give you further details about the position. If you are interested to the opportunity and wish to discuss further, we will arrange for you a personal interview with a consultant.
Personal Interview – we want to know as much possible about you in order to confirm that you match the job profile criteria. The interview will focus on your previous working experience, your soft and hard skills as well as your personality characteristics, needs and aspirations and it lasts between 30-60 mins.
Propose your candidacy – upon mutual agreement we will send your profile to our client to review it. The candidacy consists of your updated CV along with a consultants’ candidate report.
Client Interview – if our client is interested to your profile, we will arrange for you an interview with them and give you all the necessary tools in order to prepare yourself
Interview Feedback – after you conduct the interview with our client, we will ask you for your feedback regarding the interview and give you any feedback that we receive from our client. When we know if you move to the next stage in the process or not, we will inform you accordingly.
Job Offer – in case our client is interested to make you a job offer we will support you through the whole negotiation process
First 90 days – we want to learn about your so far experience in your new job and organization so we will keep in contact with you through the first 3 months
