I am Anna Ve, Founder of HumanGrounds, Recruitment Expert and Talent Matchmaker.

When back in 2006 I entered the world of recruitment, I never imagined that after 15 years this industry will still excite me and keep me motivated!

Until today, I remember the words of a colleague while working in a UK recruitment agency saying, ‘Once a recruiter, always a recruiter’.

And he was so right because I fell in love with the industry!

After working in UK, Cyprus and Greece, helping numerous organisations in all sectors to find their right talents and professionals find their next career step, I decided to ‘ground my talent’ and open my own company.

HumanGrounds is a humane company with a mission to help individuals and companies to ‘ground their talent’ in sales and marketing functions.

We know how hard it is for a company to find the right talent and we know that the market is getting more and more challenging each year, but we are here to share with you our expertise so together we can make recruitment process easier and with the best results possible.
